Namaste makes a pizza crust mix that DOESN'T CALL FOR EGGS. Gluten free, soy free, corn free... and I don't even have to alter it.
The pizza sauce is tomato paste with garlic, various Italian seasonings, onion, minced pepperoni, garlic pepper, sea salt, and some mozzarella cheese. The cheese on the pizza is the Kraft Naturals pizzeria blend. The toppings are onion and very thinly sliced Boarshead (gluten-free) pepperoni.
I had leftovers today with the extra base sauce for dippin'. It was heavenly.
I need to start working out again, though. I have found too many "treats", and the allergy diet is no longer enough to keep me losing weight without trying!
