Snack I should have SKIPPED
I was cleaning the fridge and saw these and thought OOOH I THOUGHT I FINISHED ALL THAT.
What an AWFUL REASON TO HAVE A SNACK.
Anyway it is allergen-free pepperoni and sticks of marbled cheese.
There were actually two pickles...
These are organic pickles, if you wanted to know. I actually ate two of them. I brought in three, and offered them around, and this guy who I don't know took one and then held it up as though we were toasting, so I didn't want to be a total goober and be like "wait, wait I need to take a picture of it first", but as you can see, I totally snapped a shot as soon as he left.

Beef and Rice and Gorgonzola
Sent via BlackBerry by AT&T
The beef wasn't very good. My idea to cook it in the crock pot with it's marinade was a bad, bad idea and will not be tried again. After knowing how good those tips grill up, I will never cook them another way again! The jasmine rice was delicious, though. The gorgonzola paste I have eaten so much the thought of it is making me sick to my stomach. Thank goodness I am done with it! There was leftover beef which I will probably have for lunch, only because I have very very little food left until I can grocery shop on payday.
Afternoon Snack
Sent via BlackBerry by AT&T
Today I really tried to take the advice given to me that I should drink a lot of water when I am hungry. Well, this afternoon I downed 2/3 of a 1.5L bottle of water, and I was still starving by 3:30pm. My lunch, which I ate at about 1:00pm, was pretty big, so I don't know what my deal is.
Leftovers, again!
Pototoes and Carrots from last night, my cranberry-gorgonzola "paste" from the other night, and leftover steak from Wednesday night. It was the only meat I have that isn't frozen! I'll be dining on steak again tonight.
Rice Cakes and Cream Cheese
Sent via BlackBerry by AT&T
If anyone is wondering, the cream cheese is organic and seems to be allergen free, unlike the Philadelphia and Temptee brands at the grocery store. Also there are a few cranberries on the plate, but it is too dark to see them, at least on my monitor.

There's a Cookie Under There
There is one of those gluten-free chocolate cookies under there. They are only good with cream because they are dry. I think that my sweet-tooth is mostly gone, because this time I didn't notice that it isn't as good as "real" desserts like I did before. I just thought it was a great treat.
Why have I been SO hungry today??
Dinner from the Crock Pot
Thanks to Mer for reminding me that I even HAVE a crockpot. I used it maybe ONCE since I bought it. I can already tell that I will be eating stuff from it a lot more often. This was just potatoes, carrots, and turkey. The turkey was a tiny bit dry but at the same time literally fell apart as I tried to pick it up. It was great. I cooked it with just water, a tiny bit of oil, and sea salt, ground pepper, chilli powder, and garlic powder.
I am DIRT POOR right now, so for the rest of the week I will be eating "creatively"... eating up what I have left in the house, no money to buy groceries. If I don't eat a lot of veggies, please forgive me!
Lunch
Rice-Cakes with a light layer of cream cheese (jalapeno and the other is chive and garlic), carrots and dip, marinated mushrooms.
Breakfast!
Coffee and two rice cakes - one with cottage cheese and organic fruit spread, the other with garlic chives cream cheese. I just found out that I can no longer eat cottage cheese... modified food starch. Boo!

Carrots and Dip!
I had another large-ish serving when I got home, which I didn't bother to take a picture of since it is exactly the same. That dip is SOOO good... organic Parmesan spinach.
