Eater's Remorse

We are having a party at work and this is all I can eat!

EDIT: This plate of generic brand pickles and cheese was totally unappetizing. It is bad that I even got the plate, since breakfast was only a few hours ago. I ate one cheesecube and half a pickle, regained my senses, and threw the plate in the trash.

I skipped dinner tonight because I am just so tired. This is strawberries and leftoveer cream from the weekend. It froze in the fridge.

Breakfast and mid-morning snack odf dried banana chips, apricots, dried cranberries, and dried mangosteen. It will most likely take me until lunchtime to finish!

This is one purchase (the capuccino maker) that I do not regret making. I bought it as a "good job" gift to myself. If anyone can reccomend some sugar-free soy-free coffee syrup, I would love you forever.

Anyway, this cappucino was made with reduced fat milk, a splash of half and half, Splenda, and expresso. Topped with nutmeg.

This was delicious

There will be plenty of leftovers.

This was two potatoes, boiled and then smashed on a baking sheet, drizzled with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and a tiny bit of shredded cheese. Then I topped it with sauteed chicken and green onions. More than half of it is still in the fridge, which I will eat later today. Yum.

As you can see from looking at the pictures, I am eating a lot of starchy foods and stuff that probably isn't that good for me. I should eat more veggies. A lot more veggies, honestly. But still, I am pleased to say that as of this morning, I am 16.8lbs lighter than I was when I started this journal.

A Tiny Snack

At this point I hadn't eaten in about nine hours and dude, I was hungry and couldn't wait another hour for my dinner to finish.

Raw Food Alert.

Sent via BlackBerry by AT&T

Most of this didn't end up being edible, unfortunately. I ended up throwing pretty much all of the meat out. It was sad. Very sad. But raw. Very raw.

What I packed...

It should be noted that I didn't eat all of this at once. I grazed a little, which I have been trying not to do, but I am updating this about three days later now and there is still half of that sitting on my desk at work.
